MSM as a treatment for allergies

MSM supplementation of 2,600 mg/day for 30 days showed positive effects in the reduction of symptoms associated with SAR, or Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis (runny nose). Over 23 million Americans are affected by SAR, and current epidemiologic studies indicate that its prevalence within the United States and the UK is increasing.
