When taking hydrogen peroxide internally there are a number of things that must be done to make sure your body remains in good shape once the course is finished.
One of the biggest problems that many have with taking the hydrogen peroxide is the taste. As you build up to the higher doses the taste can get pretty nasty. However it is very important that you do not mix anything in with the hydrogen peroxide in an attempt to improve the taste, especially fruit juices or milk as recommended by some writers on the subject.
The hydrogen peroxide will oxdise any organic substance mixed with it, wasting the free oxygen that you want to go to work in your gut. More importantly vitamin C, certain metals and some fats will react strongly with the hydrogen peroxide in your stomach causing foaming and nausea and potential damage to the gut wall.
Although the taste is bad we recommend you counter this by diluting with more distilled water and “take your medicine”. We like to refer to a little saying that says if you do something that you really don’t like then you are sending a very powerful message to your body that you really care about it.
The hydrogen peroxide is excellent at cleaning out your gut, getting rid of any overgrowth of bad bacteria or fungus, like streptococcus or candida that if left unchecked will eventually lead to deeper health complaints. However the hydrogen peroxide will also kill off the good gut bacteria that colonises your gut, bacteria that you need for good digestion and proper immune defence. It is therefore essential that you repopulate your good bacteria once the course of H2O2 is complete, using a good pro-biotic.
Our H2O2 detox kit provides you with everything that you need to get started on a gut detox. The kit contains 250ml of 35% foodgrade, aseptic hydrogen peroxide with a dropper and 5 litres of distilled water. To complete the course you will need approximately 20 litres of distilled water. Alternatively you may find it worthwhile investing in a Waterwise 4000 distiller.We also provide an excellent pro-biotic to repopulate your gut once you have finished. The pro-biotic we have chosen is Udos Choice Super 8. Hydrogen Peroxide & The Super 8:
1. Lactobacillus acidophilus: one of the most prominent microorganisms found in the small intestine. It produces lactic acid which inhibits yeast growth as well as natural antibiotics which enhance immune functions.
2. Lactobacillus rhamnosus: one of the most important probiotic strains for the health of the adult digestive tract from the mouth to the small intestine. Especially beneficial in inhibiting the bacteria involved in vaginal and urinary tract infections.
3. Streptococcus thermophilus: a transient probiotic from dairy origin. Producing large quantities of lactic acid, it limits the growth of unfriendly bacteria and helps in the prevention and treatment of diarrhoea.
4. Lactobacillus plantarum: from vegetable origin and found in the intestinal tract it has beneficial anti-microbial activities.
5. Bifidobacterium bifidum: found primarily in the large intestine. As a producer of B vitamins it helps the body in the completion of its digestive process, specifically in the absorption of calcium, iron, magnesium and other vitamins and minerals.
6. Bifidobacterium longum: colonises in the intestinal tract, it breaks down bile salts, helps to synthesize B-complex vitamins and stimulates the immune system.
7. Lactobacillus bulgaricus: a transient strain from dairy origin that carries important protective functions on its way through the intestinal tract.
8. Lactobacillus salivarius: found in the mouth and in the small intestine and has been shown to reduce bleeding gums, tooth decay, bad breath and oral thrush.

It is only nessesary to mix the peroxide with distilled water when you are actually using it. It is not nessesary to drink it the rest of the time.
